CANCELLATION NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of West Rockhill Township has cancelled the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Rockhill Township Building, relative to the application of: E.R. Montai Auto Services, LLC Property: 904 Ridge Road This hearing was cancelled and is currently rescheduled for Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. New legal notices and advertisements will be published prior to that date. Persons with disabilities who wish to attend the hearing and require auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the hearing should contact West Rockhill Township at 215-2579063.

The 2024 paving project, which was delayed last year, is now moving forward.
Crews are scheduled to begin work on May 2nd with the installation of stormwater inlets and piping on Augustine Road. Paving operations are expected to begin during the second week of May, weather permitting.

Mon/Tues May 12 & 13 – Paving Thousand Acre
Wednesday May 14 – Maintenance yard drive
Thursday May 15 – Pave Augustine
Friday/Mon May 16 & 19 -Base repair & pave Masi

Joint Rec Authority - 1 Member Needed
These committees play a vital role in ensuring the preservation of our community, help manage and run the Holiday House Pool and review appeals of the UCC Building Code. Your involvement can make a significant difference!

North Penn Water Authority to Close Route 563 (Ridge Road) in West Rockhill Township
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
Monday, March 10, through Friday, August 15, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Route 563 (Ridge Road) will be closed and detoured weekdays between County Line Road and Almont Road. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use County Line Road, Route 152 (State Road), Route 309, Lawn Avenue, and Route 563 (Ridge Road).
Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
North Penn Water Authority will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
